Do I have to pay monthly / yearly?
We do not charge every month or year. These are one time payments, which means you pay the amount once and we upload your app.
What currency am I billed in?
You will be billed in $USD regardless of where your business is located.
Do you have any free plan?
No, we do not have free plans. Our plans are only the three on top. However, you can contact us for some arrangements here: [email protected]
Do these plans include one app submission per purchase?
Yes! for example if you pay for Android & iOS package, then we will upload 1 Android app to the Play Store and 1 iOS app to the App Store.
Do you provide refunds?
If you wish to get a refund, please contact us via email ([email protected]) or on our website's live chat and we will discuss about any particular issue you may be having with our service.
How long will it take to publish my app?
In less than 24 hours we will publish your app for review.
How do I know when my app was published for review?
We will send you an email with a screenshot of our work done in both Play Store and App Store. And you can log into your developer account and check by yourself.
